How do I make sure I never lose my progress?

Dragon Land saves your progress to your
device only. If you reinstall, switch phones, or wipe storage — your account is gone permanently unless you linked your Discord first.

I reinstalled Dragon Land and lost my account. Can I get it back?

If you linked your Discord before reinstalling: yes! Open Dragon Land and note your new User ID from your Profile screen. Then go to our Discord server and run
/login <new_user_id>. The bot will transfer all your data to the new account.
If you never linked: unfortunately the account cannot be recovered. Link your Discord right now so this never happens again —

What gets transferred when I recover my account?

Everything! Your username, coins & gems, all game progress (levels, items, dragons), and your leaderboard scores (highest score wins if both accounts have one). Your old account is permanently deleted after the transfer completes.

Can I transfer my account to a different phone?

Yes — that's exactly what the Discord linking system is for. Link your current account first (
tutorial here), install Dragon Land on your new phone, then use
/login <new_user_id> to pull your data over.

How do I link my Dragon Land account to Discord?

1. Open Dragon Land → go to
Profile → note your User ID (looks like
1039482).
2. In our Discord server, run
/register and enter your User ID. The bot sends you a DM.
3. Open Dragon Land — your lives counter shows a
6-digit verification code for 5 minutes.
4. Reply to the bot DM with that code. Done — you're linked! ✅

My lives went back to normal before I sent the code — what happened?

The verification code expires after 5 minutes. Just run /register again to get a fresh one. Your lives restore automatically either way — nothing is lost.

The Dragon Land Bot can't DM me.

Right-click the Dragon Land Discord server → Privacy Settings → enable "Allow direct messages from server members". Then run /register again and the bot will be able to reach you.

It says my Discord is already linked to an account.

You've registered before. If you reinstalled and have a new User ID, don't run /register again — use /login <new_user_id> instead to transfer your data.

It says the game account doesn't exist.
►
You need to have opened Dragon Land at least once so the server creates your profile. Also double-check you're using your User ID (the number from your Profile screen) — not your username.

Can I check if my account is already linked?

Run /register in the Discord server. If you're already linked, the bot will tell you which game account is connected to your Discord instead of starting a new registration.

What game modes are available?

Dragon Land has three modes: Campaign — story levels with bosses and challenges; Multiplayer — real-time races against other players; and Quick Play — an arcade-style challenge for high scores.

What are lives and how do they work?

Lives are shown as hearts at the top of the screen. You lose a life when you fail a level. They refill over time. Note: during the Discord account linking process, your lives counter temporarily shows a 6-digit verification code — this is normal and lasts only 5 minutes.

How do leaderboards work?

Leaderboards track your highest scores across game modes. If you ever need to transfer your account, your highest leaderboard score is preserved — so playing well now is always worth it!

Which platforms is Dragon Land available on?

iOS (App Store) and
Android (Google Play). Check the

The game crashes or freezes — what can I do?

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, make sure your device OS is up to date and that Dragon Land has the latest version installed. If you still have issues, ask in our
Discord server — the community and admins can help.

There's no sound in the game.

Check your device isn't on silent/vibrate mode and that the in-game audio settings are turned on. Also make sure your volume is turned up. If that doesn't fix it, try reinstalling — but
make sure you link your Discord first so you don't lose your progress! (

Do I need internet to play?

Some features like Multiplayer and leaderboards require an internet connection. Campaign mode can generally be played offline, but you need a connection for progress to sync properly.
